burniture: Jordan McCarthy I took this photograph a long time ago, it was the strangest Easter morning ever, at 7am I found all my friends almost naked with bananas stuck in their underwear, giggling in the kitchen. I awoke deprived of sleep from the escapades with a man (Nathaniel, in this painting, lying down) that would become my first boyfriend. Jordan (also painted), Nathaniel and I all lived in a rubber factory in Holyoke in one room with no kitchen and a bunch of bizarre gypsy neighbors.  John Lenmesin painted it
